The core service. Skim, brush, vacuum, net leaf traps, empty pump and skimmer baskets, balance chemistry, brush tile. Same day each week, every week. Text-photo confirmation after each visit.

Water Chemistry
Tucson water is hard, evaporation is brutal, and monsoon dust changes everything. We test and adjust pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness, cyanuric acid, and chlorine — every visit, no exceptions.

Filter Cleaning
Cartridge, sand, or DE — we pull and clean filter media on schedule, before pressure climbs and flow drops. Cleaning, not replacement. Filter housings, gaskets, and o-rings inspected at every visit.

Salt Cell Service
Sonoran water leaves salt cells caked with calcium scale. We pull, soak, and clean cells on the right cadence — typically every 90 days — so your generator keeps producing chlorine and you don't burn out a $700 cell early.

Green Pool Recovery
Algae bloom from a missed week of service or a monsoon. Chemistry-only recovery — proper shock, brushing, filter run-through, daily testing until the water clears. No drain. No acid wash. Usually three to seven days.
