What's included for $180/month?
Weekly visits, every week, on a fixed day. Each visit: skim and net, brush walls and tile, vacuum the floor, empty pump and skimmer baskets, balance pH / alkalinity / calcium / CYA / chlorine, and confirm with a text + photo. Filter cartridge cleanings and salt-cell cleanings are scheduled into the cadence — no surprise upcharges.
What areas do you serve?
Tucson proper plus Oro Valley, Marana, Catalina Foothills, Vail, Sahuarita, Casas Adobes, Saddlebrooke, Green Valley, Corona de Tucson — Pima County overall. If your address isn't on that list, send it anyway and we'll tell you straight if we can route to you.
How fast can you start?
Usually within one week. Submit the form or call (520) 303-1771 — we confirm pool size and equipment, send a flat-rate quote within one business day, and add you to the next available cycle on the route that covers your address.
What if my pool is green?
Chemistry-only recovery. Proper shock, brushing, daily filter run-throughs, daily testing until it clears. Most green-outs clear in 3–7 days. We don't drain, don't acid-wash. If it's so far gone it actually needs a drain or acid-wash, that's licensed-contractor territory and we'll point you to one.
What about monsoon season?
Monsoons reshuffle pool chemistry overnight — pH spikes, debris loads up the skimmer, salt cells get crusted. Your weekly visit covers it. If a major storm hits between visits and you're worried, text us — we can usually swing by for a quick re-balance the same day.
Do you do equipment repair?
No — Saguaro is cleaning and chemistry only. If your pump, filter, heater, or salt generator actually needs work, we'll flag it and refer you to a licensed repair contractor we trust. Keeping our scope tight is how we keep the monthly price flat.
Do you service hot tubs and spas?
Attached spas (built into the pool plumbing) — yes, included in the $180. Free-standing hot tubs — call us and we'll quote separately depending on access and size.
