1. What We Collect

When you request a quote or sign up for service, we collect the information you provide: name, address, phone number, email, pool details (size, type, equipment), and any notes you choose to share.

When you become a customer, we keep records of service visits, water-chemistry readings, photos taken during service, payment method on file (handled by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers ourselves), and our communications with you.

We do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or third-party behavioral analytics that follow you across the web. We may use a basic, privacy-respecting analytics tool to count page views; it does not personally identify visitors.

2. How We Use It

We use your information to deliver pool service, schedule visits, communicate about your pool, send invoices, and respond to questions. That is the entire scope of use.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketers, lead aggregators, or data brokers. We do not cold-call or cold-email people who have not asked to hear from us.

3. Who We Share It With

We share information only with the limited set of vendors needed to operate the business: our payment processor (for invoices and card payments), our email and SMS provider (to send service confirmations and chemistry reports), and our scheduling tool. These vendors are contractually limited to using your information only to provide their service to us.

If equipment work is needed, we may share basic contact information with a licensed contractor we refer you to — only after telling you we are making the referral.

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

4. How We Protect It

Customer records are stored in access-controlled tools with two-factor authentication enabled. Payment card data is handled by PCI-compliant processors and is not stored on our systems. Photos and chemistry logs are kept for as long as you remain a customer plus a reasonable retention period afterward.

5. Communications

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive service-related text messages — visit confirmations, chemistry alerts, schedule changes, and reminders. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Opting out of texts does not affect your service; we will switch to email or phone calls.

We do not send marketing email or text broadcasts.

6. Your Choices

You can ask us at any time to (a) tell you what information we have on file, (b) correct anything that's wrong, or (c) delete your records once service has ended and any outstanding balance is settled. Email [email protected] or call (520) 303-1771.

7. Children

Our service is offered to adult homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes

If we update this policy, we will revise the date below. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email or text at least 14 days before they take effect.
